My new service that is optional is meditation. This may be offered as an enhancement or stand-alone. The intention of the meditation is to get your mind on one thing that keeps you focused and relaxed instead of a gazillion things that your mind does naturally keeping you stressed. I prefer adding the meditation to a 90-minute or more service. I will also have 60-minute meditations available. This new service is still in the workings.
