Clients by Provider Report
The Clients by Provider Report is handy for a couple reasons, especially if you’re a larger business with multiple providers on staff.
First, it’s an easy way to see which provider is booking the most clients.
Also, in the event that a provider is moving onto another business and wants to keep their clients, you can export only their client list. (Only you as the Admin have this option, so no worries about providers snagging their clients without your permission.)
Automated Email Marketing Reports
Let’s talk email marketing…
With Schedulicity, you not only have the ability to send out customized emails to your clients for newsletters or promotions — you also get access to our Automated Marketing tools.
With Automated Marketing, you can set up Birthday, Time to Book, Re-engagement, and follow-up Thank You emails to automatically flow in the background for you!
The best part? Our email marketing tools come with some very handy analytics, so you can see how well your emails are performing. 👇
Problem Email Addresses Report
With email marketing being such an important way to communicate with your clients, it’s critical to see at a glance which client emails may have bounced or went undeliverable.
The Problem Email Addresses Report gives you a list of clients who were sent email messages that bounced or were undeliverable, giving you a simple way to remedy the issue.
If you notice an email address is misspelled, you’re able to edit and verify the email, delete the email, or access the client’s profile.
