You now have the ability to add photos to your client profiles.

Head to a client’s profile and click the little edit icon ✏️ to add a photo.

Appointment Rescheduling

With this feature upgrade, clients can adjust their own appointment date and time even if they submitted a deposit or prepayment.

Here’s how it works:

  1. ​If a client needs to reschedule their appointment, they can choose a new time.
  2. Once they select a new appointment time, clients will be asked to confirm their new details or keep their original appointment.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Clients are asked to confirm their appointment via the text reminder.
  2. Your client replies CONFIRM.
  3. The appointment displays a confirmation icon on your Schedulicity calendar.
