What Will Happen When I Move to Vagaro?

    Once you are up and running on Vagaro, be sure to replace your current Schedulicity booking link with your new Vagaro booking link anywhere you have it listed.

  • What if I’ve already had a Vagaro account before?

    Don’t worry, we are working with the Vagaro Team to create a process that ensures a streamlined transition for all our businesses, even if you have had a Vagaro account before.

    Rest assured, we’ll reach out with plenty of advance notice to ensure you’re informed of exactly what’s going on and when, but for now, you can continue using your Schedulicity account as you always have.

  • Will I need to install new software or tools?

    While it’s not necessary, we definitely recommend downloading the Vagaro Pro app on your Apple or Android device.

    But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to access your account on the web at www.vagaro.com.

  • Do I need to update my business profile or other settings after switching to Vagaro?

    While most of your information will transfer automatically, we recommend reviewing your profile, business hours, payment settings, and any customizations. Vagaro offers additional settings and tools to personalize your account further, and our team is here to assist if you need help making updates.

  • How do I integrate Vagaro with my website or social media accounts?

    For the first two months, your Schedulicity booking link will automatically redirect your customers to your Vagaro page. However, you’ll still need to update your Instagram and Facebook links. Hopefully, this gives you some time to settle in without any interruptions to your online bookings!

  • How do I manage my appointments and calendar on Vagaro?

    After switching, your appointments and calendar will be automatically set up in Vagaro. The calendar is highly intuitive, with drag-and-drop features, color-coding, and easy rescheduling. You can also sync your Vagaro calendar with Google Calendar or iCal for added convenience.

  • Does Vagaro offer payment processing?

    Vagaro offers integrated payment processing with competitive rates and low transaction fees. Once you switch, you can accept payments via credit/debit cards, gift cards, and mobile wallets.   • How do I set up my pricing, services, and scheduling preferences in Vagaro?

    During the migration, your service menu, pricing, and hours will be transferred automatically. Click here to review or make any edits.

  • Will I still have access to my Schedulicity account after the migration?

    After the migration, you’ll have view-only access to your Schedulicity account for 30 days during which you can fully view or export any necessary reports.

  • Do I need to cancel my subscription with Schedulicity, or will it be handled automatically?

    Your Schedulicity account will be automatically canceled 30 days after migration. Please ensure you have all the necessary data and have exported any required reports.

  • Will my employees/staff need new logins, or will their accounts migrate with the same credentials?

    All employee login credentials will remain the same.

  • How can I verify that all my data has been successfully transferred to my Vagaro account?

    Have questions after you move? Schedule an onboarding appointment from your notifications panel in your new Vagaro account.

  • What happens if I can’t find some of my data after migration?

    All your data should be transferred automatically; however, If you need any assistance or notice anything missing after the migration, feel free to reach out to our 24/7 support team or schedule your Schedulicity to Vagaro Onboarding Session if you haven’t already!

  • I am missing data in my calendar, what went wrong with the sync?"

    We understand that you are missing some data on your calendar. If you look to the top of your screen, you are going to see a green banner that shows your calendar is finishing its final sync in order to pull over all of your data and important information. If you check back soon, all of your data should be in your account.

    If the banner is not present, and you are still missing information, then let’s troubleshoot that now with our 24/7 support team.

  • What happens if my data doesn’t move over to Vagaro properly?

    We have safeguards in place to address any potential issues, and our Rockstar Support Team will be on standby to help you with anything you need.

  • Are there any features I had before that won’t be available in Vagaro?

    No, all your features—and even more—will be available to you on Vagaro!

  • I currently use Schedulicity Pay for my credit card processing. What will happen when I move over to Vagaro?

    Your payment processing will stop immediately upon migration. However, once your Vagaro payment processing application is approved, you can start accepting payments instantly using Vagaro’s Tap to Phone on mobile!

  • Will my billing date change after migration?

    Your billing date on Vagaro will stay the same as it was on Schedulicity.

  • How do I use Vagaro? Do I have to learn a whole new system?

  • What is going on?

    Schedulicity has been acquired by Vagaro — a fellow scheduling app with a customer-centered culture and a robust suite of business-building features. We are in the early stages of joining their community and soon you’ll have access to a wider range of tools and customization, including some of those most-requested features.

  • What does this mean for me?

    Nothing for now, you can continue to use your Schedulicity account as normal. We are working hand in hand with the Vagaro team to build out a seamless process for us to transfer your data over to the Vagaro platform. We will be back in the coming weeks with more details. Our goal is to do all the leg work so you’re up and running on your new Vagaro calendar with ease when the time comes.

  • When does this happen?

    We are actively working on building an automatic tool to not only move all of your data over to the Vagro platform, but also get you the best price! We don’t have an exact date yet, but we will absolutely be in touch as soon as we do!

    For now, you can continue to use your Schedulicity account as normal.

  • How do I get my data moved over to my new Vagaro account?

    Once your Vagaro account is created, book an Import Appointment via your new Vagaro account. That way we can get all the details of the information you want moved over.

    Here’s how:

    1. Log into your Vagaro account.
    2. Click on the red bell in the upper right.
    3. Select “Import Now”.

    There isn’t a way to try Vagaro before you switch, but you now have access to not just one, but two great support teams who can help answer any and all questions you may have before, during, and after the move!

  • What will my new pricing be?

    The Vagaro single calendar accounts start at $30 per month but they also have an extensive set of add on features available. These features will truly let you run your business in the best way possible and you can pay just for the features you truly need to run your business.

    Our top priority is to make this process as smooth as possible for you, so we’ll be doing everything in our power to ensure you don’t have any interruptions at all.

  • I like the way I am set up on Schedulicity, can I stay on Schedulicity?

    Ultimately, all of our businesses will be moved over to Vagaro though there’s no rush as your account won’t be going through any changes until the automatic migration tool is built! This means business as usual for your Schedulicity account for now.

    Once we have a system in place to start moving our businesses over to Vagaro, our team will do all the heavy lifting for you. We think you might even be excited to try out all the new features Vagaro offers, like text marketing.

  • I left Vagaro to join Schedulicity, what does this mean for me?
