Additional Info: Suite 218b is located up the stairs from the West doors on 10th Street. The building is locked on Saturdays, I will meet you at the West doors to let you in. My business doors will open approximately 10 minutes before your start time. Your start time is the time the appointment is scheduled for. First time clients have a short form to fill out before we start your session, please allow yourself a few extra minutes beforehand. I look forward to working with you!

I have been a Massage Therapist in the Brainerd Lakes area since 2006. I have worked in a variety of settings including resorts, spas and chiropractic centers and now would like to give another approach to massage. All About You Therapeutic Massage is just that, all about you! I incorporate numerous techniques and modalities according to your needs that include, but are not limited to; relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and trigger point therapy just to name a few.
