I grew up in the Gallatin Valley and graduated from Health Works Institute’s 1000 Hour Therapeutic Massage Program in 2016. I love my job! I believe the mind and the body hold an intrinsic connection: the power of one can heal the other. I create a welcoming space for clients to experience body and mind awareness. As a neurodivergent therapist, I believe in techniques, tools, and exercises that assist in the process of self-discovery and healing of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of The Self. I am trauma focused and educated via Bessel van der Kolk, a lifelong student of mindfulness, and an EFT/Acupoint Tapping practitioner. I am currently pursuing education for oncology massage. My massages are designed around each unique client’s needs at the time of the session and may (or may not!) include: Dynamic Myofascial Release, Swedish Deep Tissue, ROM, PNF exercises, Cupping & Gua Sha Therapy, Hydrotherapy, thermo-therapy, guided body scans/relaxation, and Aromatherapy. I enjoy working with a variety of clients with diverse needs such as people who have larger bodies, chronic pain of the neck & low back, TMJD, fibromyalgia, PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, & Autism and other highly sensitive individuals. I hope to see you on my table soon!
