Deep Tissue Sports Massage Thai Massage Reiki TMJ Breathwork Wellness Coaching Private Yoga I created A Kneaded Vacation as a place for clients to find solid therapeutic work and a residency for master therapists to share their craft. My preferred way of working is to combine bodywork with stretching, yoga, energy, guided breathing, and/or coaching, as needed, to balance all the aspects of physical, mental, and emotional health and healing. My goal is to help people keep doing the things that they love doing most - without pain, fear, or stress. I love all aspects of healing, of education, of helping people discover the world of touch therapy. Graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage and loving being a therapist since 2008.
Massage Therapist Deep Tissue & Sports Massage Myofascial Release Reflexology Reiki My journey to uncovering my true purpose and passion started with an interest in Eastern Philosophy. I was drawn to Tao te Ching and discovered an acupressure technique called Jin Shin Do, which is based on these principles. While studying this healing art, I explored and received different types of bodywork which ignited my passions! I graduated from The Swedish Institute in NYC in 1993 and started my practice specializing in Integrated Bodywork, Swedish, Medical and Sports Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Gua Sha, Stretching, and Intuitive Healing. Every session is unique to the individual I am working with, based on their history, lifestyle, and goals for their long-term well-being. I have seen and firmly believe that treating the whole person, from the inside out to the outside in, can best bring balance. My goal with each session is for my clients to get relief, achieve balance, gain insight, and cultivate tools to assist them with self-care so they can live their best lives.
