Liz Tyrrel, LMT is dedicated to the health and well-being of her clients. She earned her Associates of Applied Science in Massage Therapy at Myotherapy Institute in Lincoln (2017). She spent the first two years of her practice focused on working with military veterans dealing with chronic pain. This experience fostered an interest in targeted care and fueled her commitment to providing effective and tailored solutions to pain and discomfort via massage therapy. She specializes in deep tissue massage, chronic pain management, and long term care.
