Hello, I'm Ann Kenney, a Californian through and through. Born and raised amidst the sun-kissed landscapes of San Diego, I've always had a strong connection to the outdoors and an active lifestyle. My journey in the realm of health and wellness has been as diverse as it has been rewarding. Married and a proud parent of three wonderful children, my life is a balance of family joys and professional accomplishments. Alongside my human companions, I share my home with two delightful dogs and a cat. Education has been a cornerstone of my journey. I began my passion for exercise and movement at California State University of San Marcos, where I earned a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Applied Exercise Science. My interest in health and well-being led me to further my skills at Mira Costa College where I achieved a certification in massage therapy, allowing me to incorporate soft tissue body work into exercise. Determined to deepen my impact in the field, I embarked on a journey of education once again. This time, I completed a rigorous Physical Therapy Assistant program at San Diego Mesa College, gaining comprehensive knowledge of rehabilitation and recovery. With this, I became a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Since 2010, I've been a licensed massage therapist, using my hands as instruments of relaxation and healing. My ability to connect with clients on a profound level has been a fulfilling aspect of my journey, offering solace to those seeking relief and rejuvenation. My journey continues to evolve, and I'm excited to explore new avenues that allow me to share my expertise and passion with the world. Thank you for joining me on this journey of wellness, growth, and recovery.
