NMT, NC LMBT License #10433 Lydia began her career as a massage therapist in 1995, after studying at The Myotherapy College of Utah, in Salt Lake City. From 2015-2016 she attended a series of seminars by John Morgan at The Western North Carolina School of Massage in Asheville, and was certified in Clinical Neuromuscular and Structural Bodywork. She learned NMT techniques to release TMJ, neck and back pain, migraine/headache, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and tennis elbow. She is also certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage, Geriatric or Senior Massage and Reflexology, and CranioSacral Therapy. She began attending Upledger Institute International's CranioSacral classes in 2018 and continues to improve her skills as a CranioSacral therapist by attending classes and study groups throughout the U.S. She is excited about this work and believes everyone needs to experience CranioSacral Therapy! LMBT NC License #10112 Sandi completed massage therapy school in 2005 at Somerset School of Massage Therapy in Piscataway New Jersey. She spent several years working as a Licensed Massage Therapist at the critically acclaimed spa, Depasquale, in Morris Plains, New Jersey prior to relocating to Charlotte, NC in 2010. Since relocating, she has provided Massage Therapy services at Modern Salon and Spa in Philips Place (South Park area of Charlotte) and Urbana City Spa and Tea Bar in the Carmel Commons area of South Charlotte. There she worked on all types of clients from Panthers football players to musical celebrities coming into our city on tour. Sandi specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone massage and has training and knowledge in Reflexology, Reiki, Pre-natal Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Bamboo massage. NMT, LMBT #16304 Julia completed the Therapeutic Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy certification in 2017 at NC Massage School, in Cornelius, NC. She utilizes her background in yoga to incorporate stretching to elongate muscles, improve range of motion and myofascial techniques to provide a therapeutic massage experience to achieve restoration and relaxation. Specializing in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, ACE Medicupping, Hospice massage, Prenatal, Labor Encouragement, Postpartum, Family Care Services and Heaven on Earth Reiki energy work to support all through transitions during birth, death and changes throughout life.
