I’m a born and raised Vermonter dedicated to exploring the endless capacities of the human body for healing. When I’m not at the office I spend my time practicing yoga, reading, and wandering through the forests. i learned the original recipe of this work from Greg and Rachel and joined Bodywork Architectures in 2024 . Going through Ida’s 10 series opened up the world for me. Learning it has given me the ability to spread light in this world.
