I am a USCG Veteran, an athlete and Single mom of 3 teens and love what Ive been led to do. Structure is function and the modality of healing I practice is myofascial release. It is designed to reorganize the human bodies connective tissue and promotes balance in the body and helps prevent injury. Once or twice a month 90 minute sessions are ideal for this body worker.
