Rina is an experienced and passionate massage therapist. She has been working as an RMT for over 20 years, beginning her full time professional career at a busy sports clinic in January of 2001.
Jenny grew up in the Ottawa region, and completed an honours BSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Her interest in human movement and performance motivated her to continue her education in massage therapy, osteopathy, and neurofunctional acupuncture.
Nick found his passion in Massage Therapy. He believes it’s truly rewarding to work alongside clients to create a treatment plan that suits their needs while helping them return to their daily activities. He has worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including pediatrics, athletes, those with scars, and individuals dealing with chronic pain. Nick’s background has led him through many different roles, from professional cleaner to florist. These jobs helped him realize his love for working with his hands, building connections, and watching clients’ moods improve over time. For Nick, the best part of Massage Therapy is combining his desire to help others with hands-on work and seeing clients regain their ability to enjoy life after an injury. Outside of work, Nick enjoys coaching and playing with his volleyball team. He works with his team to develop drills that align with their goals, whether honing skills or trying something new. After injuring both his ankles, Nick was able to return to the game he loves, pain-free, thanks to Massage Therapy.
Emily is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is enthusiastic about helping her clients achieve greater physical and emotional well-being. With a deep interest in and appreciation for the human body, she combines her passion for physical health with her hands-on skills to deliver personalized care that addresses each client's unique needs. Outside of her practice, Emily is passionate about lifting weights, embracing the discipline, strength, and confidence that come with it. When she’s not in the gym, you’ll likely find her hiking, enjoying the peace and beauty of the outdoors. An avid animal lover, Emily draws inspiration from the natural world, believing that spending in nature is essential to her own mental and physical health. Emily’s journey hasn’t always been straightforward; her years spent as a baker taught her the value of hard work, resilience, and the beauty of early mornings (deadlifts are best at 5am!). These things have shaped her life experience, giving her a unique perspective that blends dedication, compassion, and a commitment to personal growth.
