Beginning my yoga practice around 2002, I found that once I developed a regular practice, the benefits of yoga became apparent in many areas of my life. I had many wonderful, encouraging teachers along the way, each with something new to offer. To each and every one, I owe a debt of gratitude. With the support of my husband, Marty, and my children, Emily and Will, I took time off from my busy life to invest in taking my yoga practice to a new level. I did this by participating in yoga teacher training, through the Anjali Yoga Teacher Training Program, led by Basil Fisanich and Tiffany Chan. In 2015, I achieved my goal of reaching my first level of certification, Registered Yoga Teacher (ryt) 200 hour. I completed my next level of training, 500 hour, with Mark Stephens Yoga, March, 2018.
