Owner/Licensed Massage Therapist- Ben has 13 years of massage and bodywork experience under his belt. Prior to that he was a personal fitness trainer for over a decade. In 2012 he opened up Blue Water Bodywork in the Millcreek area in a one room studio. After a short time, he outgrew the space and opened up in our location in Sugarhouse in November of 2013. Recently, he opened up a second location in Sandy inside Dialed In Fitness and Wellness. Ben specializes in sports massage, pain management, deep tissue work. He enjoys combining his past experience in anatomy and kinesiology with different styles of bodywork to structure a customized experience for each client addressing their specific needs.
Raelynn has been doing massage since 2004. She likes working with all types of clients including- runners, Ironmen, bodybuilders, moms, dancers, gymnasts, rock climbers, motocross racers, skiers, football players, attorneys, drillers, musicians, minors, pilots, executives, yoga gurus, surgeons, baby boomers, etc. But, maybe we should just say athletes & your average Joe. She works with new injuries, old injuries, surgeries, disabilities & other body ailments that life loves to throw our way on a daily basis. Raelynn uses a mixed bag of tools, including chair massage, Thai massage, sports, deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching & a few others up her sleeve in combination to accomplish better movement & ROM for everybody without restrictions or pain. I like to choose à la carte modalities for each individual client & their needs, & what works best for them during their service & as long lasting results. She also has a background in esthetics, product knowledge, nutrition, essential oils & exercises that clients can take home to help create longer lasting results.
Deserie takes pride in taking an informed approach to her practice. She never misses a chance to help others and strives to create a comfortable and safe environment for her clients. She believes communication is key to a successful and educated experience for those who seek her services and guidance. Deserie graduated Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2007. She has a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and pain management.
