Meet Nessa Sandel! She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016 after graduating from Central Maryland School of Massage of Frederick, Maryland. She is an intuitive and caring woman on a mission to help people heal after emotional or physical trauma, pregnancy, depression, anxiety, daily stress and to learn how to truly relax. She is a Reiki 1 practitioner, certified in Cupping, Reflexology, Hot Stone massage, Deep Tissue massage, Mayofacial release, Prenatal massage, Swedish and Therapeutic massage. Nessa hopes to bring you back to a more grounded and balanced state and share how you can apply this state of mind wherever you go. As a busy mother to three beautiful children, she understands how hectic life can become. It is important we practice self care in order to care for those we love and she is here to help you on your journey to being your best.
