After weathering her own personal challenges and difficulties with bi-polar depression, anxiety, and fibromyalgia. She found immense healing through an intuitive certification program. She learned how to meditate and how to effectively use energy healing to improve her emotional and physical wellbeing. Cassie found mastery, through the use of powerful and effective energy healing strategies and tools which she shares with her clients. As a certified teacher, it is her goal to teach and empower others to make energy healing and meditation practical and user-friendly in their own lives!
