Happy Hearts Family Dog Training 

I have taught Puppy and Adult dog classes since 2005. I've trained my own dogs (and cats) in formal obedience, rally obedience, agility, therapy work, FastCAT, and Tricks. In 2018 I passed the Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed grueling 4 hour exam. I believe in the power of positive motivation, using luring with treats to show dogs what they should do to develop a respectful relationship with their humans. Weaning them off treats later is an important step in their training. I currently own 2 Shih Tzu, 2 cats and 3 fish tanks. I live in Middleton with my husband. My primary career is providing high quality childcare for 3 infants and toddlers in my home. Amazingly, childcare and dog training have a lot in common!
