Aviva is from the prairies, where she spent the last decade in service to her community working as a birth and postpartum doula and quantum midwife. During this time Aviva cultivated the art of holding safe space, supporting self directed care and witnessing fulfilling and transformative processes unfold without intervention; as a result she learned to trust deeply in the wisdom of the body. Aviva continued on to study Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in in order to hold a wider space for community healing; to support those seeking ways to process trauma and integrate everyday life, and those yearning to invite more joy into their lives so that our communities may thrive. Aviva believes healing is possible with opportunities to experience presence, safety and stillness; and with intention to deepen our relationships with ourselves, each other and the land. Aviva’s work is relational, trauma informed, consent-based, client-centered and strives to be non-judgmental and accessible.
