Jennifer is a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner (2024) and hypnotherapist (2020) registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). The Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps release tension and stress stored in the spine. By working with the body's natural flow, it encourages better communication between the brain and nervous system, allowing for improved function, relaxation, and well-being. This technique supports the body in letting go of blockages, promoting ease and balance. Spinal Flow is not a magic fix. It works much the same way as wearing braces. Consistency is key, and there is no set number of sessions for anyone. It took years to get to where you are now, and it will take some time to get to where you want to be! Release the Past, Realign Your Body, Renew Your Energy!
