CROSSROADS MEDICAL MASSAGE 

I grew up in Grand Junction and am a native to Colorado. In 1983, I joined the United States Air Force serving my country in various parts of the world for over twenty years. Upon returning to Colorado, I wanted to find a career that would enable me to help people and decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. I attended the massage program at IntelliTec College and furthered my education through The Giving Touch Massage School where I developed an interest in the therapeutic aspect of massage and its application to the natural healing process. I continued my education by becoming certified in Medical Massage. Medical massage is a therapeutic massage that is often prescribed by a physician. It is any massage performed with a desired clinical outcome. It provides the client with an individualized evaluation, specialized tests, rehabilitative exercises and stretches as well as hydrotherapy. I provide safe, appropriate and effective techniques designed specifically for each client.
