Mary Lou has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003. She considers her work a service to all that she comes in contact with. Mary Lou has been privileged to serve many different types of clients, including people with fibromyalgia, joint replacement surgery, frozen shoulder, migraines, plantar fasciitis and those in need of tension relief. She also has extensive experience with treating cancer patients and survivors. Mary Lou is one of the few licensed Manual Lymph Drainage Therapists in the West Georgia area. She helps clients with edema and swelling that may come from surgery, including pre / post cosmetic surgery and orthopedic surgery. Mary Lou is changing lives - one massage at a time.

Kristi has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010. She is very passionate about helping others improve their lives through massage. Kristi is our ‘pregnancy massage guru’, helping mothers throughout their pregnancies and after they have given birth. She uses a variety of techniques with her clients, including Swedish, Sports, Neuromuscular and Myofascial Release.

Cassidi has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. Nothing is more rewarding for her than providing professional massage services that are specific to each clients needs. She is passionate about helping people reach their health and healing goals.
