POUND Pro Mallory’s fitness journey teaching Pound began three years ago after participating in a local class for three years. When not teaching Pound Mallory enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with her friends and family.
I took my first yoga class in 2014 after I had my second son as way to get back in shape. Little did I know how much it would mean to me, how much it would benefit me in so many ways besides just “getting in shape.” Fast forward to 2022, I chose to step out into the unknown and go through YTT with Threehouse Studios in Durham, NC. It was the best decision I ever made. Now I find my joy in helping people love and feel at home in their bodies. My goal is to create a safe space to help others journey inward with breath and mindful movement
