Elisha has been providing Acupuncture since 2004 and prides herself on finding not only Traditional Chinese solutions but broadly uses her intuition to guide and inform her treatments. Elisha believes in the endless healing opportunities of the body the mind and the emotions. Her practice relies heavily on Food Therapy, Mediation and helping you find your balance so you can move towards your life's desires.
In addition to her family practice, Elisha offers Cosmetic Acupuncture. She was drawn to this modality when the constant use of face masks damaged her face--and she found that with Cosmetic Acupuncture treatments she returned her face to pre-Covid-Face-Mask beauty...and then the healing went even further. The true joy of this procedure for her is not only reminding people of their innate beauty, but of taking people inside to the shadow parts of themselves which believe they aren't beautiful, and shining the light. From there, we slowly chisel that away and leave a deep sense of peace, self love and appreciation that had been hidden before. This treatment allows Elisha to work on people's faces AND help them reconnect to their heart center.
Meg is joining forces with Elisha for the holiday season as a visiting practitioner! She is excited to offer her expertise in some complementary treatment modalities to unwind and nourish our bodies and nervous systems after this crazy year, reduce chronic pain, lose weight healthfully, balance our hormones, and boost our immunity naturally! She brings with her 25 years of expertise in cranio-sacral therapy and massage, pain relief through acupuncture and other techniques, weight-loss, nutritional therapy, pulse diagnosis and herbal prescribing, and is a certified yoga and qigong instructor. She’d be honored to partner with you in addressing whatever is asking for more balance in your mind, body and spirit!
