I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years, and I’m here to help women cut through the noise, ditch the extremes, and finally create habits that stick. I know what it’s like to struggle with body image, weight gain, low confidence, and feeling totally overwhelmed. I’ve been there and I’ve found a better way. My approach is realistic, supportive, and free of restriction or gimmicks.
