I am a Houston/Richmond based personal trainer, nutrition and wellness coach. With 10 plus years experience in training, coaching and continuing my education, I have transformed many lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes. In addition to working in health and fitness, I am a devoted wife and mother. And as one, I understand the rigors of everyday life, and sometimes living healthy is not always easy. I can honestly say I have had my own battles with yo-yo dieting and exercise and have struggled to maintain this lifestyle. However, because of my passion to live better, live healthy and to share my knowledge and expertise with others, I refuse to give up and expect the same from my clients. My mission is to bring preventative and restorative lifelong health solutions to each individual. I also want to encourage my clients not only to exercise but to train. Train for a better life! I believe in providing the essentials needed for a healthy body, both inside and out, using fitness and nutrition to help bring a permanent lifestyle change to my clients. I believe fitness and good nutrition can be incorporated into everyone’s life and can be accomplished with love, support and understanding, not to mention a little sweat and tears. I take pride in inspiring others to attain their goals and believe fitness and nutrition is the jump-start most people need and want out of life. I have continued my education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management with an emphasis on Wellness and Fitness, as well Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a concentration in Wellness and Fitness. Most recently I received a degree in Human Food and Nutrition. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and am currently pursuing several additional certifications and specializations.
