Kim is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and has been teaching since 2003. Her classes are welcoming and offer a bit of humor and deep compassion to this challenging, precise, and deeply rewarding practice. In her personal practice, Kim uses the philosophical principles of yoga to create positive connections with self and others. Maybe one day every interaction will be guided by love and compassion. Until then, she gets to keep working on self-forgiveness, and laughing at her mistakes. Every moment is a fresh opportunity! Kim is deeply grateful to B.K.S. Iyengar who dedicated his life to making yoga accessible to every person regardless of age or infirmity. With Iyengar yoga, everyone can achieve greater focus, confidence, and purpose. When not teaching, Kim loves to spend time with her family, be in the woods, and explore new places near and far.
