They work to help people gently release pain and unhealthy patterns, gain strength, and embody confidence. Kristen is the Director of Full Circle Yoga's reiki, yoga, and meditation training programs and is the author of "The Gift of Awakening," a self-help book for sensitive people navigating spiritual awakening and the healing journey.
