With over 13 years of practice, I'm dedicated to helping people stay mobile and active by increasing flexibility through yoga. My Vinyasa and Gentle Flow classes are upbeat and energizing, while my Yin classes offer a calming, meditative experience with hands-on assisting. With extensive training and knowledge, I create an environment where people can feel good, relaxed, and empowered to not give up the activities they love. My goal is simple - to help people feel their best through the transformative power of yoga.
