No-Shows & Late Cancellations
"No Shows" will NOT be able to rebook future services. 24 hours or less will be expected to pay $100 fee to the SPA for lost income & time. We exercise our policies out of respect to us & our affected energy. Auto reminders are set up via email 72 hrs. Prior + 48 hrs prior.
