Kristen received her STOTT PILATESĀ® Level 1 certification in 2014 and has recently become certified in The MELT Method. Her background in group fitness instruction and love of sport and movement led her to discover the benefits of Pilates, both as a strengthening and a restorative practice. By focusing on proper alignment and balanced musculature, Pilates and, more recently, MELT, have helped her offset imbalances created by being active and day to day living. When not in the studio, you can find her on her mountain bike, cross country skis or out on snowshoe adventures.
