Cristina Lugo attended Massage Therapy Training Institute, graduated and licensed in 2013 and was awarded 2021 The Las Cruces Bulletin's Best Massage Therapist of the Mesilla Valley. I enjoy building a relationship with each client and create each massage session to my client's specific needs. I specialize in sports therapy and I am Sport Stretch certified. I believe daily stretching and exercise is key to live a, pain free, healthier lifestyle. I have received my certification in cupping therapy in 2019 as well as several other certifications throughout my years as a massage therapist. I am driven to learn different modalities and always searching for more continuing education courses in order to improve my clients daily living.
