Jake Cook

Jake is a former private school teacher and administrator with five years of math & science instruction following the Ontario Curriculum. His professional experience gave him much insight into the best ways of connecting with students of all ages and levels. Jake had great success when he found practical and fun applications of class concepts, which only enhanced the application and retention of daily learning goals. Each day, Jake tried his best to find ways to creatively connect with each of his students and explore the material alongside his students. Jake recently decided to continue his education at the University of Guelph to attain a Master of Science Degree in Human Health & Nutritional Sciences. In 2018, Jake graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology while balancing his athletic obligations as a Division-1 student-athlete. He looks forward to working with you to promote the further academic and personal success of students of all backgrounds and educational levels.
