You can reschedule 1x within the same month. Outside of the current month will require additional deposit. ◾️ Shampoo and blow dry will be included. Please have your hair taken down, detangled and ready to be shampooed. ◾️BUSINESS DAYS: TUES-SAT ⚠️SUN + MON CLOSED. Additional fee of $125.00 will be required for any of my off days. Feel free to request early bird appointment at the earliest 6am ◾️LIMITED SPACE, NO EXTRA GUESTS. ◾️KID SERVICES: I service ages 8yrs-12yrs KIDS MUST BE DROPPED OFF. PARENTS CAN’T STAY BUT ARE WELCOME TO SIT IN LOBBY. ◾️$15 late fee for all clients who arrive after the 10 min grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled. ◾️ NO CASH - All transactions are electronic. Valid Debit Card via my online self checkout, Venmo, Apple Pay or Zelle. (Venmo is +$5.00 fee) preferred option is ZELLE. ❌CASH APP NOT ACCEPTED ◾️A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. YOU MAY RESCHEDULE 1X DURING THE CURRENT SCHEDULED MONTH, ANOTHER DEPOSIT IS DUE IF YOU RESCHEDULE OUTSIDE OF THE CURRENT MONTH. IF YOU CANCEL, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT & YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT WHEN YOU BOOK AGAIN. ◾️ Squeeze in appointments will require an additional fee of $60.00 and can only be booked Tuesday-Saturday.
