Hart Family Farm 

Summer 2024 Farm Staff Includes: Eliana Hart Hart Family Farm has been Eliana's home for over 10 years. Now at age 18, she has cared for all stages of animal life and has participated in the tending of the land for many seasonal cycles on the farm. Eliana has been riding horses since she was a young child and participated in 4H horse project for several years. Eliana instructs beginner riding lessons and has been leading farm visits for children for several years. She has also been a participant and assistant in the summer theater camp we host on the farm for 7 years. Growing up with 2 much younger sisters, Eliana has a very patient and gentle personality and looks forward to connecting more people with life on the farm! Eliana is instructing Thursday riding lessons the assisting the summer camp. James & Sara Hart Owners and farmers at Hart Family Farm.
