Monica prides herself on assisting clients in overcoming any discomfort they may have and focusing on all their issues - big or small. Monica's skills range from relaxation to rehabilitative, deep tissue ailments, and pre and postnatal.

Stephanie Banning, graduated from Sutherland Chan in 1992,and has worked for 23 years in a variety of settings. She has continued her studies in Gerontology and Thanatology incorporating her knowledge to help with clients that are grieving or in pain.

Christin strives to bring together deep tissue and balancing work in a relaxing way and places emphasis on educating clients on how to maintain their muscular health and wellness. Christin has done further learning in perinatal and infant massage.

Syretha strives to provide the most therapeutic, customized massage experience for each person. She offers Therapeutic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Thai Yoga Massage & Thai Hot Stem Treatments for the body & face using heated herbal or coconut compresses

Bachelor degree in Physical Health and Education from Laurentian University, a Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University, numerous Personal Training, Yoga and Fitness Certifications, Muscle Activation Technique Jumpstart Trainer Certification and being a Certified Pedorthist in Canada
