I have been massaging to help others since 1986. In 2002 I became a Registered Licensed Massage Therapist. In 2014 I became a Nutritionist. Between 2014 and 2016 I studied and certified in 3 levels of Qi Gong training and teaching, and In 2016 I studied Mediation and am now able to teach or lead you or your class in Meditation. I love being able 2 help people in such significant ways to improve & thrive in Life mentally physically spiritually emotionally all with a healing touch of Massage and all the other ways I have learned to help along my path.
