Please Read Before scheduling!! All appointments are timed depending on the service scheduled; any changes must be done before the appointment. Same-day changes will not be accepted. If you are running late or need to cancel/reschedule, please give us a call or visit the booking site; for all same-day cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy. Please READ THE SERVICE descriptions; there is important information that you need to know about the service you are booking. All clients, including those who are established, must complete forms before arrival. All services pricing is the base price and may vary depending on the length and density of hair. Sickness: We ask that you come only if you are feeling well call to reschedule or cancel 24 hours before please, Cancellation/NO Show policy: No-shows and late cancellations not within 24 hours of your reservation time will now incur a fee of the service cost. You are welcome to change or cancel your reservation at no charge up to 24 hours in advance. We have a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, a late fee will be applied if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will have to reschedule.
