Joan hosts bi-monthly Shamanic Journey Circles and an annual Celtic Wild Hunt in Chicago with Live Improvising Musicians. Joan is a member of the Society for Shamanic Practice, Shamanism Without Borders Leadership group, and joined their Board of Directors in 2021. She is passionate about protecting wild places and water resources for future generations and supporting companion animals through rescue, education, and advocacy.
