Shamima is the founder of IBS Consulting and has been a career-education advisor for the past three years. She holds a diploma in career advising from the IAP Career College and has been a member of several career consulting associations since 2019. In her capacity as a career education advisor at the Toronto Metropolitan University, she helped demystify student concerns around resume creation and job application processes. Having worked with over 400 clients over the course of her career, she has experience in navigating even the toughest of academic and career challenges. Shamima's clients have won Forte Fellowships, been granted admission into Ivy League schools and have interviewed at industry giants like Mercedes Benz, Goldman Sachs, Netflix, Warner Brothers, among others.
