Katie Mehsling
Katie Mehsling

Katie has been a licensed massage therapist since January, 2019. She grew up in Berthoud, CO, and moved to Fraser in 2023. She worked seasonally from 2014-2017, spending time in Alaska, Southwest Colorado, Texas and Florida. After landing in Florida, she was inspired by her mother (who is also a licensed massage therapist) to study massage. Katie attended Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and completed their 800 hour program in November, 2018. During her course at SSMT, she was introduced to many modalities of massage such as: Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping and more. Katie is passionate about the mind-body connection and has furthered her education by becoming certified in Craniosacral Therapy Level 1 and Reiki Level 1. Having struggled with tendonitis and chronic anxiety in the past, she understands how debilitating pain & stress can be and how they can hinder people from doing what they love. As a massage therapist, Katie takes the time to truly listen to her client's needs to ensure that their short term and long term goals are met. She aims to give massages that are both relaxing and therapeutic, so that her clients can continue to do the things that they are passionate about.

Wyatt Dittmar
Wyatt Dittmar

Hailing from Union Mills, Indiana, Wyatt's journey into the world of massage therapy was influenced by his time at Indiana State University (B.A. in Music, summa cum laude), where he cultivated the art of deep listening and improvisation, but it took a half finished masters degree in Ethnomusicology at Arizona State University and a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail before Wyatt found his heart’s calling in the massage world. He then attended Denver Integrative Massage School, where he learned to combine traditional Western massage techniques, such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage, with movement-based deep tissue Thai bodywork, forming the cornerstone of his current practice. Guided by compassion, intention, and intuition, Wyatt creates profound client-centric and therapeutic experiences. He is a certified Access Bars practitioner and a current student of the Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School in Gunbarrel, CO, where he is honing his skills with Tibetan singing bowls for sound healing. Wyatt believes that true healing begins with the nervous system, deeming it as the gateway through which deep transformation unfolds. By integrating multiple therapeutic modalities, he supports his clients in achieving both physical and emotional balance, fostering well-being.

Steph Holman
Steph Holman

Steph is a dedicated massage therapist with a passion for helping others achieve balance and wellness. She graduated in 2010 from a therapeutic massage program in Madison, WI, and has since built a diverse career, gaining experience across a wide range of settings. From providing clinical sports massage to working in holistic spas, as well as living in a van offering mobile massage around the country - all of it contributing to an adventurous journey in the wellness sector. Now based in the mountain town of Nederland, CO, Steph works at a local yoga studio, where she continues to help clients on their journey to healing. Her approach to massage therapy is rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. She sees her role as one of facilitation, creating a safe space for her clients’ bodies to relax, release tension, and find balance. Whether in the studio or on the road, Steph’s goal is always the same: to help her clients restore and reconnect with their own healing potential.
