“I am perpetually becoming the therapist that I want to have work on me. I know my role. I meet clients where they are and support them through the healing process, while providing tangible and lasting results.” Pete graduated from Massage School in 2024 and is trained in a variety of soft tissue techniques including deep pressure, lymphatic drainage, scar tissue release, cupping, guasha, and Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT). A keen understanding of muscular-skeletal anatomy guides his practice where these modalities are used to release tension, support recovery, alleviate pain, and optimize the body. In short, he’s been through the mill and know what it’s like to hurt, heal, release, and recover. The intention is to resolve pain, and create mobility and possibility. He is deeply empathetic and approaches massage with a genuine desire to help others heal. When working with Pete, expect a welcoming environment, with a playful and compassionate energy, where you feel comfortable, safe, supported, and empowered.
