Christy is trained in a range of therapeutic massage modalities, clinical aromatherapy, CranioSacral Therapy, as well as Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy. With 25+ years of experience in studio, medical, and spa settings, she offers a unique blend of services for both the physical and energetic body - individually or combined in a session. Her passion is truly listening to your needs/goals and uniquely combining multiple therapies to get results and facilitate healing. She offers longer session times to truly focus on your issues and goals while also allowing time for relaxation and restoration. This allows for a more complete healing experience, not rushed like many places. She is currently expanding her knowledge in a yearlong program for advanced sound healing with crystal bowls and complementary instruments as well as completing level 2 of Craniosacral Therapy in 2024.
