The Pampered Chakra 

This is my passion. This is my Divine gift. I am blessed to be able to offer this to the people in my orbit. Even as a little girl, everyone requested my healing touch. My life's intention is pure. God willing, I aim to help heal the world, one soul at a time. Thank you for your contribution. My bodywork background has it's roots in orthopedic/sports massage. It is the most lovely of approaches combining all the tools in my toolbox to access and treat the body, mind, and spirit . All issues have a 4-dimensional component. I will approach the protagonist and antagonist with the same importance. The 90 or 120 minute sessions are recommended for more complex issues. I specialize in postural re-balancing, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, assisted stretching, and pre/post-sports event rehabilitation. Classically trained at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy earning my 1000 hour certification in 2004, and Associates of Occupational Sciences in 2006. I have honed my skills of integrative bodywork for over 20 years. It is the spirit that most intrigues me. Most issues of imbalance are first seen in the spiritual bodies prior to affecting our physical bodies. In 2015, Reiki training lifted my narrow view of healing to include energy medicine. The awareness cultivated works it's way through my hands as I listen to your spiritual bodies. In 2019, I completed the Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master/teacher training harnessing the light. Each session will call in Reiki light (and prayer) to co-create the most effective integrative session. The guided breath work will educate you about your chakras. This can help you tap into your full vitality. Together, let's give a microphone to the whispers of your body/mind/spirit. The evolution continues.
