A graduate from San Francisco State University, Juan started his Alameda based barbershop to fulfill the need in his life to control his work schedule and to help others feel confident in their own skin. He believes that a haircut can change the way a person feels and how they perceive themselves. This influx in confidence can change a person’s direction in life. To be able to afford someone these feelings and to create such a positive impact on another person’s life was where he developed a passion to help and support others in their own pursuit of cool and happiness. After 9 years of building his business, Juan sought after more opportunities for him to grow as both a person and as a professional. In came his venture into the real estate industry. The same confidence and happiness that he can provide to others through barbering simply transferred over into a different industry. With a long history of customer service and a resounding ability to connect with people, Juan has paved a pathway for others to join in on his pursuit of cool and happiness. He only has one simple message, “Take it easy my friends.”

A Bay Area native, Kay-Jay is deeply connected to the community and takes pride in helping clients look and feel their best. Eric Lo, an East Bay native and UC Davis graduate, is a passionate barber known for his dedication to precision and style. Constantly seeking out the latest barbering tools and gadgets, Eric is always testing and integrating the best products into his craft, ensuring his clients get sharp, fresh cuts that stand out. His love for innovation and attention to detail makes every visit an experience of modern grooming at its finest. Beyond the barbershop, Eric immerses himself in a variety of cool interests. He’s a fan of JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) car culture, often found tinkering with or admiring high-performance rides. In his downtime, Eric enjoys playing pickleball with his buddies, balancing his passion for sports with the camaraderie of friendly competition. Whether it’s cars, sports, or barbering, Eric approaches everything with the same level of enthusiasm and commitment to being at the cutting edge.

Born and raised in San Leandro, CA, Joshua Sibal’s passion for barbering began at the young age of 13 when his uncle from New Jersey gifted him his first set of clippers. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a lifelong pursuit. Opting out of the traditional college route after high school, Joshua took valuable advice from a mentor, Jon, and dove headfirst into the barbering world, earning his official license in 2020. For Joshua, the best part of being a barber is connecting with clients from all walks of life, while enjoying the freedom to shape his own career path. He brings that same spirit into every cut, whether it's a classic style, a fresh fade, or a modern look. When he's not behind the chair, Joshua enjoys playing basketball, collecting sneakers, and spending time with his family and friends.
