Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, live mindfully, age gracefully, and heal my soul. I have learned that yoga is holistic, functional, and just good “medicine” for my overall health and well-being. I teach from the heart, with compassion and creativity, and know handstands are not for everyone. Yoga is not just for the fit and flexible. We all come to yoga for different reasons— I honor each person and create space to welcome individual needs. I have a love for learning because yoga is a journey and not a destination. I completed 200 hour Training with HeartSong Yoga (Beaverton, OR) and 300 hour Training with YoYo Yogi (Portland, OR). And now I am on an adventure with becoming certified in Yoga Therapy with Soul of Yoga (San Diego, OR).
