Hi, my name is Hailly Bailey and I am the proud owner of Juniper Organic Salon, a hair studio in downtown Snoqualmie! I've been doing hair since 1999. I trained for three years in SoCal with some of the most amazing and talented mentors in the industry. When I moved back to Seattle, I decided to shift my focus to using natural hair care products. After being with Aveda for several years, I decided to switch to a nontoxic, ammonia-free hair color line and have been doing so for 13+ years. I live an active, healthy, non-toxic lifestyle so I need to ensure my work environment mirrors that. I live up the hill in Snoqualmie Pass. In the summer my family and I hike, bike, swim, skate and run with our two Australian Shepherds. In the winter we nordic, downhill, uphill, and skate ski. And in-between I love to study yoga and travel! To maintain my lifestyle and work well into my golden years, I strive to live holistically at home and at work. During the pandemic I eliminated gratuities to streamline the checkout process. I have found it eliminated the stress of tipping so much that I have kept the policy going forward. So Juniper Organic Salon is a tip-free salon! Occasionally, I need to close my schedule to new clients. This is to ensure I can accommodate my existing clients.
