Aloha! With a focus on individuals battling sciatica, poor circulation and chronic pain, I want to target those discomforts and promote holistic wellness, offering a pathway to relief and revitalization by way of clinical therapy, relaxation techniques, and lymphatic drainage. I am passionate about exploring new ways to support each individual’s unique needs. Your trust and support means the world to me as I embark on this journey of not only helping others to heal and relax—one massage at a time, but also to honor the teaching and the knowledge shared with me. I am very happy and honored to help, heal, and honor our community one Lomi (massage) at a time. I am working towards specializing in somatic massage, a type of massage therapy that focuses on the nervous system to help the body heal itself. Chaotic and very stressful environments can cause deterioration on the body and soul which is why I believe it is important to address stagnant stress that accumulates on our temple. As I embark on this apprenticeship, I’m eager to gain 420-hours of hands-on experience and learn massage and stretching techniques from seasoned kumus. While living in "paradise," the every day grind can cause wear and tear on our bodies. Just like our cars. So come in for a "maintenance check" with me. My aim is to provide a soothing massage experience, helping individuals to set aside their worries and to immerse in total relaxation. As I have immersed myself into a portion of my heritage(Hawaiian/Korean/Spanish) my first interest was La’au lapa’au. As a child being a recipient of Hawaiian medicine, it was something that peaked my interest. Combined with my first La’au class was Lomilomi. At first I resisted because at the time I was adverse to being touched or touching others, it was not my focus. As things progressed I learned that you could not just learn one, they worked hand in hand with each other. Today I have learned to embrace the art of Lomilomi and enjoy helping others find their balance, by helping them start their own healing. My goal is to assist individuals in their quest to finding balance in life, by providing Lomilomi, stretching, energy work and La’au lapa’au.

The word Lomilomi is defined as masseuse in the Hawaiian dictionary. Lomilomi uses basic massage techniques coupled with stretching, it also encompasses the client "as a whole," like many Eastern cultural practices.
