Yoga Instructor and Educator, Eden Energy Method Practitioner, Vibrational Sound Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Trinity Energy Progression Therapist, Ordained Spiritual Minister. I feel so passionate about finding ways to keep our body, mind, and spirit healthy, strong, and connected. This is a lifelong process that I continue to explore. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to work and share my passion with so many wonderful people. I received my bachelor's degree in social work from Eastern Michigan University. I am certified in YogaFit, E-200RYT Hatha Yoga and Eden Energy Method. I also am a Reiki Master Teacher, Trinity Energy Progression and Vibrational Sound Therapist! I have worked as a child and family therapist, nanny, Christian Education Director, Congregational Care Director, & I currently own Love & Light Energy Therapy and work out of my office in Wyandotte MI.
