Lara specializes in integrated bodywork, grounded in Myofascial Release and extending to Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish Massage and other advanced techniques acquired over her 20 years of work as a massage therapist. Serving as an educator for over a decade deepened her knowledge of anatomy and hands on therapy and provides Lara with the unique ability to impart knowledge to her clients so that they may be an active and informed participant in their own healing.
